With eight years of experience working in Provincetown, both with the Provincetown International Film Festival and Provincetown Business Guild, I am poised to bring my knowledge, love of the town and past real estate experience in New York City to Coldwell Banker Pat Shultz.
In addition to real estate, I worked in non-profit development for more than fifteen years. I operated my own successful fund-raising and events consulting firm and also acted as Executive Director of the Andrew Goodman Foundation, Director of Development of Body Positive, a New York City HIV/AIDS service organization, Director of Institutional Advancement for The Hewitt School, and began my career at Barnard College as Associate Director of Alumnae Affairs.
I have been coming to Provincetown since 1970 and have been a year round resident since 2003. I know the Outer Cape real estate market here, having been both a buyer and a seller.
I am thrilled to be returning to my career in real estate.
