Joe DeMartino
Prior to my career in real estate, I practiced as a clinical social worker, specializing in couple's counseling. My previous experience has prepared me well as a listener, providing excellent customer service, and real estate negotiation. I first began my career as a real estate developer in Provincetown. I have invaluable knowledge of the unique issues involved in property renovation, construction, zoning and development in Provincetown. I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and as a Buyer's Representative I enjoy looking out for my Buyer's interest and advocating for them. I specialize in helping second home buyer's find their Cape Cod dream home. My knowledge of the Provincetown market and in particular the issues of development make me an excellent Seller's Agent. No one will know better than me what the highest and best value is for your property. I enjoy serving the community as a member of the Provincetown Planning Board. I enjoy walking my silver lab, Buddy, beachcombing, biking, travel and dinner with good friends. email Joe at: joe@patshultz.com

Francine D'Olimpio
Raised in the mid-Cape area, I bring a native's perspective and familiarity of the unique quality of life Cape Cod offers to those seeking either a second home or a more permanent move, as well as firsthand knowledge of marketing and selling real estate in a resort area. After a long and successful career owning and operating several cafes from Provincetown to Boston (Francesca's), my professional life continues to be focused on providing great customer service and satisfaction. My knowledge and expertise in real estate began with my own personal interest in real estate investing. Today, as a realtor, I am able to call on those years of experience in negotiating, my business acumen, and a lifelong connection to Provincetown and all of Cape Cod to better serve you as either buyer or seller representation. email Francine at: Francine@patshultz.com

Meg Stewart
My wife, Maureen and I moved to Provincetown in 2001 after vacationing here for many years. I have been working in real estate since I left college, in some capacity or another. I started out as a real estate salesperson in NYC in 1989, quickly became an associate broker, then moved up in the company to become the sales manager for over 15 agents. We started our own Property Management business in NYC and operated it for 6 years before moving to Provincetown. Since we've lived here, we have bought, renovated, sold, and condo-ed several properties. I love Provincetown and I love real estate, so I decided it was time to get back to working with buyer and seller clients and I joined best firm in town to help me in the next phase on my real estate life. email Meg at: Meg@patshultz.com

Gabby Hanna
With eight years of experience working in Provincetown, both with the Provincetown International Film Festival and Provincetown Business Guild, I am poised to bring my knowledge, love of the town and past real estate experience in New York City to Coldwell Banker Pat Shultz. In addition to real estate, I worked in non-profit development for more than fifteen years. I operated my own successful fund-raising and events consulting firm and also acted as Executive Director of the Andrew Goodman Foundation, Director of Development of Body Positive, a New York City HIV/AIDS service organization, Director of Institutional Advancement for The Hewitt School, and began my career at Barnard College as Associate Director of Alumnae Affairs. I have been coming to Provincetown since 1970 and have been a year round resident since 2003. I know the Outer Cape real estate market here, having been both a buyer and a seller. I am thrilled to be returning to my career in real estate. email Gabby at: Gabby@patshultz.com
